Scholarship description

The Dinu Patriciu Foundation scholarship (Open Horizons Program) is intended for students wishing to do a master or PhD degree program at an internationally recognized university abroad. The scholarship favours students who do not possess the financial means to pay for tuition and living expenses themselves.
The Dinu Patriciu Foundation scholarship (Open Horizons program) is intended for young Romanian students wishing to return to their country after graduation. A return to Romania is mandatory. Failure to do so will lead to a penalty. This measure was put in place since the scholarship is meant to further development Romania as a country.

The Dinu Patriciu Foundation Scholarship is awarded to 100 students each year and includes a USD 15 000 stipend. Scholarships are awarded for master and PhD program applicants.
