Program description

The master's degree in Notarial Law is a continuation and extension of a bachelor's degree. The training centres on the performance of the notarial profession. You pay attention to, for example, family law, relation property law, inheritance law, immovable property law (sale and transfer of houses), company law (everything that has to do with associations, foundations, private limited companies and public limited companies) and tax law. You particularly study the tax consequences of hereditary succession and the transfer of immovable property more closely.
