Program description

The master's degree in Notarial Law (only fulltime) is a continuation and extension of a bachelor's degree. The training centres on the legal subjects that are important for the performance of the notarial profession. Apart from general legal subjects you pay attention to specific notarial subjects like family law, relation property law, inheritance law, immovable property law and company law. You moreover gain knowledge of tax law during the course of which you particularly study the tax consequences of hereditary succession and the transfer of immovable property more closely.
