Program description

This two-year research programme is designed to teach students high-quality research skills. It offers a solid base for both an academic and a professional career.

The programme centres on acquiring skills in conducting scientific research with respect to major issues in educational sciences and child studies. The aim is to prepare students for PhD-programmes or to train them for positions in the public and private sector in which advanced research skills and substantial practical research experience are required (e.g. research agencies or research departments in businesses or the public sector).

As a student in this programme, you will learn to develop a research question from existing insights or well-grounded practical theories. You will be required to conclude the programme with an article, which in terms of its level would be ready for submission to a recongnised international scientific journal.
