Program description

The bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Culture centres on the language, linguistics, literature, history and culture of Spain and Spanish speaking America. You learn to speak and write (modern) Spanish. You moreover not only study the development of the Spanish language and literature (from Miguel de Cervantes to Gabriel García Marguez and Isabel Allende) as from the Early Middle Ages but also the cultural developments in the Spanish speaking territories. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
