Program description

The B.Sc. in Psychology is an English-language academic programme that prepares you for further study and independent research.

Information about the Bachelor of Science in Psychology Programme (in English): http://www.rug.nl/psy/informatievoor/prospective_students_psychology Admission Requirements To be accepted into the programme you must have had a level of education comparable to that needed to gain admittance to a Dutch university degree programme (e.g., a Dutch VWO diploma, a German Abitur or the International Baccalaureate). For the year 2011/2012 it has been decided that an English proficiency test is no longer obligatory. However it is still strongly advised that all students take such a test. Your English proficiency should be equal to or higher than C1 CEFR level. This is equivalent to a TOEFL score of at least 92 points, an IELTS score of at least 6,5 or a CAE scoring grade of at least a C. All prospective students who are interested in the English programme should be aware that/without a minimum TOEFL score of 92 or IELTS 6.5 you will have difficulties successfully completing the programme. You can test your English by downloading our DIALANG test (link)
