Program description

The bachelor's degree in Notarial Law centres on the performance of the notarial profession. You pay attention to, for example, family law, law relating to property held in common ownership, inheritance law, immovable property law (sale and transfer of houses), company law (everything that has to do with the incorporation of associations, foundations, private limited companies and public limited companies) and tax law. You basically study the tax consequences of hereditary succession and of the transfer of immovable properly more closely. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
