The bachelor's degree in Molecular Science and Technology centres on chemistry but also chemical technology and sustainable development. To understand why substances behave as they do chemists study the construction of molecules closely. To this end chemists dispose of a significant portion of theoretic knowledge. At the same time chemistry represents an experimental course and chemists carry out tests with the help of all sorts of equipment in laboratories. To (bio-) technologists the big question is: the way it works microscopically, does it also work that way macroscopically? Chemical technologists and bio-technologists translate the new sustainable processes from a laboratory scale into an industrial scale. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
