The Europe-wide education system opens up new possibilities for prospective students looking for the right study program or an international study experience. At the same time, the new possibilities cause confusion and many high school students are overwhelmed by the huge number of different study courses. Prospective students and their parents have to face questions regarding study choice, admission and financing.
The Bachelor Education Fair in Hamburg 2016 is part of the Bachelor recruitment tour through Germany. This Tour also has stops in Cologne (13 November 2016), Stuttgart (19 November 2016), Frankfurt (4 December 2016), Munich (21 January 2017) and Munster (14 January 2017)Event Set Up
The Bachelor Education Fair in Hamburg gives prospective graduate students the opportunity to get in touch directly with domestic and international universities. Visitors are requested to register online prior to the education fair. This enables universities to work on an appointment basis which increases the quality of the conversation with students.

Things to do in Hamburg
Hamburg is a large city in the North of Germany. It is well known for its great port and great night life. When visiting Hamburg as an exhibitor, you should take the time to get to know the city. Here are a few highlights:
Port of Hamburg
Once you are in Hamburg, you shouldn’t miss the Germany’s largest port, so called “Gateway to the World”. The port is located on the river Elbe and connects it with the North Sea. You can take a boat tour or just wander around; sunset over big ships would be a marvellous moment to remember.
The world’s largest model railway attraction is rated by many as a „the no.1 must see attraction” and we can only agree. On 6 400 m2 floor space, you can glimpse on the Alps, Austria, Hamburg, America, Scandinavia or the Hamburg Airport. Reserve a ticket beforehand to avoid waiting and enjoy this magical place with detailed miniature landscapes.
Its proximity to the sea has another advantage – fresh and delicious sea food! If you can handle a bit of smell, direct your steps to the fish market – it opens every Sunday. Once you sit in a restaurant, look for a local delicatessen and enjoy the taste of fresh fish or a sea food.
Touch the Nature
Outer Alster Lake is an artificial lake located in the city centre of Hamburg. The lake with its shores is used by the locals as well as tourists for water sports and recreational activities. If the weather is nice, have a picnic and enjoy the walk of almost 8 km around the lake with beautiful view.
