University description

Nyenrode Business Universiteit is the only private university in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1946 by the captains of industry of KLM, Shell, Unilever, Philips and Akzo-Nobel. The school offers internationally recognized, English taught bachelor, master and PhD programs in the field of Business Administration. Nyenrode Business Universiteit's programs are accredited by the principal accreditation organizations EQUIS and AMBA.

Nyenrode Business Universiteit aspires to deepen the knowledge of their carefully selected students who are trained to become sustainable leaders, robust accountants and agile and creative entrepreneurs. Nyenrode offers master and MBA programs in the fields of general management, accountancy and controlling.

Nyenrode Business Universiteit in the Rankings

Nyenrode Business Universiteit was recently awarded the 49th position in the European Business School Ranking according to the Financial Times. On a National level, the school was voted 4th best supplier of master programs in the Netherlands according to the “Keuzegods Masters 2011” (a promiment Dutch ranking organization).

Nyenrode’s Master in Management (MSc) has an overall position of 53 on the Financial Times Global Ranking for Masters in Management (2010). It was ranked 1st in the Netherlands by the Keuzegids Masters 2011.
