The Executive Short Course Management of Change will offer you the knowledge and skills for guiding your organization on the path of change and renewal.

Our interactive program enables you to design and implement effective plans and strategies for change in your organization. We equip you with a solid understanding of the the dynamics of change, including resistance to it, whilst providing you with the necessary management skills to successfully guide your organization through challenging transitions.

Objectives
The Management of Change for Organizational Transition program aims to build capacity for (senior) professionals to lead change processes in their organizations. Participants are equipped with professional skills and managerial capacities to lead organizational change processes, decide on directions of change, guide and administer the change process. Knowledge is provided about theories of organizational change and organizational effectiveness.
