The Executive Short Course in Business Dynamics will give you insight into how to exploit the latest IT tools to the fullest and really put them to work for you.

Information technology provides invaluable support in the decision-making process. Our Business Dynamics program shows how the latest IT tools can be used to model, visualize and analyze your business processes and how they can enhance your understanding of your business and its environment.

Subjects
Intro to Business Dynamics; Business Resources and Sustained Performance; Modeling; Quantifying Resources and their Change; Architecture; Designing a System to Perform; Modeling and Simulation lab.

Objectives
To equip participants with insights, skills and IT-tools to enhance their understanding of the business or organization, in its environment, their ability to exploit strategic resources and their capability for adequate decision making.
