Program description
The master's degree in Organisation Coaching is a continuation and extension of a bachelor's degree. The training centres on the question how organisations (e.g. banks, government bodies or schools) can handle the complexity and dynamics within organisations and organisational networks. When it comes to complexity it is about shaping the complex relations between people, groups, organisations and networks such that an organisation functions well. Dynamics is related to changes in the surroundings that can affect the direction of the organisation.

Om in te stromen bij de Master Organisatie Coaching moet u in het bezit zijn van een hbo- of wo-diploma en minimaal vier jaar werkervaring.
