Program description
The MSc in Urban Management and Development: Housing Development Strategies aims to develop skills and knowledge to assess, design and implement policies, programs and projects for housing delivery, particularly to low-income families.
The program builds the participants' understanding on housing sector and housing delivery processes in different settings. The core of the master analyzes Urban Development Challenges and Management Solutions in order to Make Cities Work.
The MSc in Urban Management and Development: Housing Development Strategies focuses on the Functioning of the Housing Sector; Housing Policies; Housing Finance; Land Development; Projects Settlement; Planning and Property Management. Participants will conduct their research and write their thesis – non-compulsory in their home country - within the 'Housing making it accessible for all' specialization.
Housing Development Course Objectives
The Housing Development specialization enables you to assess, design and implement policies, programmes and projects for housing delivery, particularly to low-income families. The program builds understanding of the functioning and performance of the housing sector and housing delivery processes.
