Program description
In the Bible Studies Master's programme you will learn to analyse Biblical literature in an academic manner and to take a well-documented position on current issues in Bible studies
In the Biblical Studies Master's programme, offered in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam, you will learn to analyse Biblical literature in an academic manner. You will also learn to take a well-documented position on current issues in Bible studies, such as the debate on God as creator in the Old Testament or the question of the meaning of Jesus' message (is it purely religious or socio-political?). In this full-time variant, all lectures will be given in English. In the part-time variant, classes will be in Dutch.
