Program description

The bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning centres on the use of space in the Netherlands. You learn to prepare, design and realise spatial plans. You also learn how to carry out research, gain urban and rural insight into the design and you determine which destination (un-) built land will have. In this context social starting points, financial possibilities, policy, communication and legal tools play an important role. You are factually the director steering the spatial developments and translating the ideas into spatial plans. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
