Program description
The bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applications centres on the solution of practical issues in business. You accomplish this with mathematical models and with knowledge of information science, decision-making skills logistics, information supply and quality control. Examples of issues for which you will look for a solution are 'should young drivers pay higher insurance premiums?' and 'should smokers pay a higher premium for medical expenses insurance as they are more susceptible to diseases than non-smokers?'. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
