Program description

The bachelor's degree in Hebrew and Jewish Languages and Cultures centres on the study of the Hebrew, Aramaic and other Semitic languages. You also pay attention to the integral history of Judaism. Hebrew is the language of the Old Testament or Tenach, a book that had ample influence on the European civilisation, and is closely related to Aramaic, the most frequently spoken language in the Near East up to the seventh century. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
