Program description
The bachelor's degree in Health Care Management centres on the training of professionals in health care or the supply of social services for management positions at a care institute, e.g. a (university) hospital, a nursing home or home care. You make sure that clients receive optimal care. You also learn to manage a project or department and contribute to the strategic policy of the institute. For example, the training anticipates the current developments in care, like market-oriented working and the individualisation of the client. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
