Program description

The bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering centres on the development and improvement of processes and products in the oil industry, chemical industry and pharmaceutical and foodstuffs industry. You learn to use chemical and physical knowledge to control and improve production processes and to find new technical applications. This can regard new synthetics, alloys, ceramic materials, foodstuffs and medicines but also new construction materials or new production and processing techniques. Research of the consequences of these new applications for man and the environment is also part of the training.
