Program description
The bachelor's degree in Applied Physics centres on the physical aspects of technical systems and applications. It is about the development of new materials, technical equipment and measuring techniques and the application thereof in science, technique and society. Think about technology for foldable computer monitors, glass fibre communication, particle accelerator and MRI techniques. You gain knowledge of the (basic) theories of physics and mathematics and you learn to work with measuring tools and experimental techniques. After this training you can enter the labour market or you can opt for a master's degree.
