European Education Fair Budapest Event Description

The European Education Fair in Budapest, Hungary will be organized for the fourth time in 2013. Over the course of 2 days, students from Budapest and other major cities in Hungary will be attending the largest European recruitment event in central Europe.

Over 1,000 carefully selected and pre-screened students will be attending the European Education Fair in Budapest.

This event is part of the Central European Education Fair Tour with stops in: Latvia (April 2013), Hungary (June 2013), Germany (Nov 2013), Czech Republic (Nov 2013), Slovakia (Nov 2013), Hungary (Nov 2013), Poland (Nov 2013), Lithuania (Nov. 2013), Latvia (Nov. 2013), Estonia (Nov. 2013).

Universities from the UK, France, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, US, Canada, Australia, UAE and China are expected to attend the largest Edu Fair in the country.

The European Education Fair in Budapest is being supported by AIESEC, Tempus Hungary, ISIC Students Cards and Education USA. A number of major international study abroad organizations will be attending the fair. The event will also receive extended news coverage from ATV national Television.

The European Education Fair Budapest is being promoted by means of the following online and offline marketing activities throughout Hungary and Croatia:

• Advertising in the mass media (leading newspapers, news portals, students’ and youth portals.
• TV News promotion
• Targeted campaigns in secondary schools, universities, language schools and other educational institutions,
• Distribution of promotional materials: posters, leaflets; invitations distributed through youth organizations and libraries,
• Newsletters and posters destributed to high schools, universities and other educational institutions,
• Media promotion in cooperation with national television and radio,
• Advertising campaign in leading newspapers, magazines and university publications,
• Billboards and posters , leaflets distributed in various Central European Countries,
• Presentations in youth monthly magazines, several specialized guides and catalogues,
• Various other PR activities
