Adana Education Fair Description

The Edufairs tour is relatively new to Turkey. The organizing team has years of experience working for various event organizers in Turkey. In 2011 they started their own tour, which was an outright success. A wide range of Turkish and international universities from 17 countries worldwide participated in the fair. This year, the Adana fair is looking like it is going to busy and successful again.

The Edu Fair Adana event attracts thousands of students looking for top quality bachelor, master and foundation programs abroad. Since there is a great shortage of undergraduate placements in Turkey, exhibitors may look forward to meeting many highly motivated students looking for bachelor programs abroad.  At graduate level too, the demand for top English taught programs is overwhelming. Business programs, Engineering and Technology courses as well as IT subjects are popular among Turkish students.

Many international study abroad organizations will be attending the Edu Fair in Adana. They will be providing visitors with information about studying a variety of European and other countries.

Turkish Higher Education Market

Turkey has the youngest and fastest growing population in Europe. More than half of the Turkish population in under 30. Because of increasing educational standards, the demand for quality Higher Education is growing tremendously. In fact there is a shortage of university placements at domestic universityies. At this point, one third of young Turkish students cannot enroll. In addition, the tuition at Private universities in Turkey is considered very expensive. Adana is the fith most populous city in Turkey, with 1.6 million inhabitants. It is situated on the Seyhan River in South Central Anatolia. The greater Adana area has a population of over 3 million inhabitants. Adana lies in the heart of the properous Cukurova region, one of the most agriculturally productive regions of the world.
